Cable Glands
Cable glands provide a watertight seal around cables where they pass through the wall of an enclosure or panel. They grip the cable outer jacket, preventing moisture and dust ingress at the cable entry point and maintaining the IP rating of the enclosure.
The range covers PG7, PG9, and PG11 metric cable glands in nylon and brass variants, suitable for cable outer diameters commonly used in electronics wiring, sensor leads, and power cables.
Cable glands are used when installing outdoor IoT sensor nodes, weather station electronics, irrigation controllers, marine electronics, industrial monitoring equipment, and any maker project where cables need to exit a sealed or waterproof enclosure without compromising its environmental protection rating.
