Pulleys

Timing pulleys transmit rotational motion via a toothed belt, maintaining precise synchronisation between the driving and driven shafts without slippage. Unlike friction-drive pulleys, toothed timing pulleys deliver consistent positioning accuracy, making them essential in any application requiring repeatable linear or rotary motion.

The range includes GT2 profile pulleys in 20T and 40T tooth counts for 3D printer and CNC applications, T5 pulleys for higher-torque applications, and matching timing belts in closed-loop and open-ended configurations. Both aluminium and plastic variants are available.

Timing pulleys are widely used in 3D printer X and Y axis drives, CNC router and laser cutter motion systems, Arduino and Raspberry Pi-controlled linear actuators, robotics competition chassis, and maker projects requiring precise, slippage-free power transmission.
