DESCRIPTION

The ML8511 Ultraviolet UV Sensor Module measures ambient UV light intensity and outputs an analog voltage proportional to UV exposure, making it ideal for weather stations, wearable sunlight monitors, and outdoor IoT projects across Singapore's tropical climate. The onboard ML8511 IC responds to both UVA and UVB wavelengths, giving makers a straightforward way to estimate real-time UV index.

Its low power consumption and simple analog interface make it easy to integrate into Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or other microcontroller-based environmental monitoring systems.
