Delivering 40 TOPS of INT4 inferencing performance and equipped with 8GB of dedicated LPDDR4X-4267 on-board RAM, the AI HAT+ 2 can run large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs) directly on-device, leaving the host Raspberry Pi 5 CPU free for other tasks.
