DESCRIPTION
MQ2 gas sensor is highly sensitive and can pick up various types of gas concentration. The sensitive material of MQ2 gas sensor is Tin Dioxide (SnO2), which has lower conductivity in clean air. When combustible gas is present, it will pollute the clean air and thus increase the sensor's conductivity. Sensitivity of the gas sensor can be adjusted via the potentiometer on board.
The sensor can detect combustible gas such as LPG, Hydrogen, Butane, Methane, Alcohol, Propane and Smoke.
