Motor Couplers
Shaft couplers connect the output shaft of a motor to the input shaft of a driven component such as a lead screw, pulley, or encoder. They transmit torque between shafts while accommodating minor misalignment between the two rotational axes.
The range includes rigid aluminium couplers for precision alignment applications, flexible jaw couplers that tolerate small angular and parallel misalignment, and D-bore to round shaft adapters for connecting motors to standard axle hardware.
Shaft couplers are used in CNC router and 3D printer Z-axis lead screw drives, stepper motor connections in linear actuator builds, encoder shaft connections, Arduino and Raspberry Pi motion control projects, and any application requiring a secure, torque-transmitting link between a motor and its driven component.
