DESCRIPTION
The indicator light is red when the battery is charging and green when fully charged.
You can calculate the charging time with this formula:
- Charging Time = ((battery capacity * charge factor (1.25)) / battery charge voltage
- E.g. for a 1000mAh 3.7V battery = 1000 * 1.25 / 4.2 = 297min = 4.95hrs = 4hr 57min
This is assuming that the battery is completely drained which is usually not the case, so you can take about 80% of the total calculated time as a reference.
