DESCRIPTION
The Mini Micro SD Module is an ultra-compact 18 x 18mm breakout board that adds removable microSD card storage to your microcontroller projects over a simple SPI interface. It is ideal for makers, students and IoT developers who need to log sensor data, store configuration files or play back audio and images.
Its tiny footprint and 6-pin header make it easy to fit into wearables, compact enclosures and breadboard prototypes, and it works directly with 3.3V boards such as the ESP32 and Raspberry Pi Pico.
FEATURES
- Onboard microSD card socket for removable storage
- Standard SPI interface: CS, MOSI, CLK and MISO
- Ultra-compact 18 x 18mm footprint for space-constrained builds
- Onboard 10kΩ pull-up resistors and decoupling capacitors for stable communication
- 6-pin 2.54mm pitch header layout, breadboard-friendly
- Compatible with the Arduino SD library, ESP32 SD/SPI libraries and MicroPython
APPLICATIONS
- Sensor and environmental data logging
- Storing configuration, web and media files for ESP32 projects
- Audio and image playback projects
- GPS track and event recorders
- Firmware and file storage for IoT and embedded devices
