Servo Motors

Servo motors are position-controlled actuators that rotate to a specified angle based on a PWM signal. Unlike regular DC motors, servos incorporate a built-in feedback mechanism and gearbox, making them the go-to choice for applications requiring precise angular positioning.

The range includes micro servos for lightweight builds, standard servos for general-purpose use, and digital servos for faster response and higher holding torque. Most are compatible with the standard 3-pin servo header used on Arduino, ESP32, and RC receivers.

Servo motors are commonly used in robotic arms, pan-tilt camera mounts, steering systems for RC cars and boats, throttle controls, gripper mechanisms, and STEM robotics competitions. Their ease of control via the Arduino Servo library makes them a favourite in both classroom and hobbyist settings.
